We currently ship orders within the country only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or order cancellations.
5. Live Plants Shipping
Due to the sensitive nature of live plants:

Plant Clinica is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
